Caron Heimbuck, MFT How do we make healthy
changes in our lives, our families, friendships, marriages, and work
relationships? When stresses mount,
life – and our relationships -can become more challenging. Having someone
walk along side of you during these tough times can make a positive difference.
My practice is tailored to the specific issues of my clients, helping them to
meet obstacles with new skills and find balance in a busy world. My work is
based on the idea that when people are aware of their feelings, needs, and
wishes, they can make choices that bring them a greater sense of well being
and fulfillment. I provide a safe
and supportive environment for you to become more self aware, which in turn
can enrich your world and personal relationships. It is part of my work to
help clients work through the past, create achievable goals for the future
and develop helpful skills for living in the present. My practice covers
a broad spectrum of personal and emotional issues including anxiety,
depression, grief and loss, communication issues, spirituality, family
conflict, life transitions, coping with illness, and pre-marital counseling.
Previous work in Educational Consulting provides helpful insight to families
challenged by a struggling teen and the emotional impact this has on family life. I am a Licensed
Marriage and Family Therapist, MFC#47678 and work with individuals, couples
and families. My degrees and training
are from Santa Clara University and Michigan State University. I am a member
of CAMFT, the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, and
SCV-CAMFT, the Santa Clara Valley chapter of California Marriage and Family
Therapists. I welcome your
call to my private voicemail (408) 236-3312.
